Title: Webex Teams update failure

We're testing the SCCM patch catalog, and on our test machines the Webex Teams 3.0.13588.0 update passes detection criteria, and removes the existing Teams installation, but it doesn't install the update in %programfiles% leaving Teams inaccessible to users, and broken shortcuts.

I haven't been able to track down the install path for the update, but I suspect the issue is that the Teams MSI defaults to installing in a per-user context.
