That's true! But that's also because there are no download URL for the x64 of Adobe Reader !
Hopefully they will publish it officially soon!

The original site downloads from Github, because Github is the only official download location.

This means there are 2 or more updates installed in the same time for each of these apps, you have to uninstall the older ones and only leave the latest.
The attachment is an example for SumatraPDF:

This probably means that you have another software or game that has the name "Silverlight" in its title! Can you check and let us know if it's true?

Hey everyone,
Looks like the developers have changed the registry path of Sumatra from LOCAL_MACHINE to LOCAL_USER ! That's why this is happening now.. So this will be fixed in the next update of Patch My PC.

For Java, this means you have older version installed and not removed "v331"

But this probably means that you have older Thunderbird v78.3.1 installed with v91.9.1 and you should remove v78.3.1 but be careful because it might remove v91.9.1 as well!

We released a new update to TeamViewer today, now we are using the x64 version of TeamViewer. If you see an error when trying to upgrade from x86 to x64 or if it doesn't update at all you will need to uninstall and reinstall from Patch My PC to resolve the error.
