Hi,

I originally posted this same subject on January 3 and someone named Justin Chalfort tried to help me by asking me to send a copy of my  'patchmypc.log'.  At that time I didn't think I could figure out how to do it but then I discovered how too.

That being said I am attaching a copy of that log from a few days ago.  Maybe it will shed some light on why a System Restore point is not being created when 'patchmypc' says it is doing it prior to updating a program.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have been using this program for about a month and as of today I have not seen one restore point created by 'Patch My PC' prior to updating any of my programs.  Is this (creating restore points) feature working for anyone else?

Good morning, 

Last night after updating two programs I went to System Restore to see if Restore Points were actually being created prior to each update.   I discovered that after using this program weekly for a few months that none of the updates had been preceded by a Restore Point.


Are they being stored some where else besides System Restore?
