Title: TeamViewer installed in wrong language

Even if I've selected Dutch language in the options, the Dutch TeamViewer is updated with the English version.

Is it possible to improve the update process for localized version of TeamViewer?

Dutch language will be installed by using the normal setup:
http://www.teamviewer.com/download/version_7x/TeamViewer_Setup.exe

TeamViewer will now support alternative languages
