If the user has only some of the applications installed (Writer and Calc for example), Patch My PC will install the complete suite when updating, not just those two.

Also, the "Delete desktop shortcuts..." option will not work with LibreOffice, the desktop shortcut is not deleted.

A small problem with the 64-bit version of the Silverlight browser plugin. When it is already installed, Patch My PC detects it and updates it properly. But when it is not installed, Patch My PC offers on the left column just one version and that's the x86 version. If installed, it will not show up in a 64-bit browser like Pale Moon x64. My suggestion: offer both versions (available here for example) similar to Java. I'm not sure if the default Microsoft download includes the 64-bit browser plugin version.

Please consider adding this version, recommended by Adobe themselves for increased stability. The latest Flash player/plugin (especially the Firefox/Pale Moon plugin) keeps crashing quite often and this is a nice way to minimize such problems. It is available here, scroll down the page (Extended Support Release). It has a different update cycle than the latest standard version (currently v16).

For anyone who wants to try it, make sure to completely uninstall your currently installed Flash plugin first.

Hello, I have Revo Uninstaller Pro 3.1.1 installed, it is detected as installed but there's no report of an available update. Looks like v.3.1.2 has been released about a month ago.

It would be great for Patch My Pc to have an option to automatically open the updated application's release history web page, so the user can quickly check out and monitor all changes and updates in detail.

I regularly want to check the change log (some new features I don't want to miss might be included) and for some applications it's a bit tricky to find it.

Thanks for your incredibly helpful Patch My PC! Here they go:

Subtitle Edit - excellent subtitle editor, offers several silent switches: /SP-, /SILENT, /VERYSILENT, /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES
Pale Moon - stellar Firefox-based browser, now essentially independent (differences here), 32/64-bit versions, /ms silent switch
SumatraPDF - very fast, lightweight PDF reader, also requested by other users
eMule - popular P2P client, can't find silent information.
WinUAE - excellent Amiga emulator, /quiet switch
AutoHotKey - also requested by another user
Trillian - popular multi-protocol messenger, can't find silent info though and it might install bloatware.
Startup Delayer - excellent startup control utility, can't find silent info atm (author should be happy to reply if asked)
