I recently use PatchMyPC on an older, slower computer and there is another error message that appears before the invalid command line that states error checking for new version (or something similar to that). It flashes by so quickly it's difficult to read and unable to grab as a screen shot. On more modern and powerful computers it is just a blip on the screen and is only there for a fraction of a second.

Hey just wanted to add, they also changed the name of the installed program, it no longer contains the version number, so the application always thinks it's out of date even though it's on the latest version.

and for anyone using TeraCopy, they added an auto-update feature in the last build, so you just need to enable it.
