CCleaner showing Portable Version needs updating

I only have the regular install version of CCleaner on my computer which is up-to-date, but Patch My PC is showing an update to CCleaner Portable which I don't have installed.

Right-Click on "CCleaner Portable" and choose "Reset portable app's status".
You must have downloaded the Portable a while ago or something :)
