Well I did that already, and still had the same problem, but now it works fine! I don't know what caused this error, but everything is good now.

Omar (Patch My PC)

Probably server was down at the time :)

Still same problem with Patch My PC 4.0.1.5 in W10 1803 up to date (kb4100403 W10#17134.81)
This bug is there for a long time.
Why not repaired already ?

Omar (Patch My PC)

There is no problem with Patch My PC.
Are you sure you have the latest .Net Framework instilled?

olsenblane

I have been getting the same error on one of my two PCs. I have same .Net version on both (latest version), and have attempted to repair and reinstall .Net framework completely. I assume its a .Net issue since it works on one PC and not the other, but have no idea how to fix this.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hello guys,

I have the same problem as described here on all of my W10 PC and notebooks since a few days. All systems are up to date plus newest .NET Framework.
PatchMyPC is also latest version. The version from your site gave the same error.
Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you.
BR.
