Hi rhITsec
Version 21 is a pretty old version and may be one that requires some "persuasion" or "scripting intervention" to cleanly update.  You may want to script an uninstall as a post script to see if it cleans off everything before the update or even have a post script to clean up afterwards.

Hi Relindwto6
Yes, you can add the disable self updater on your application as well.  It will revise that application once you sync.  You will need to be sure and update your content to reflect the changes.

You can download the publishing tool from the following link: https://patchmypc.com/publishing-service-setup-documentation
Email us at [email protected] and we can have a remote session to assist you with setting up everything.  You currently have an enterprise subscription are licensed to use our publishing tool to manage third party updates.

We have some reports  that you can install from our publishing service that would be good to use.  One of the reports that is good to use would be the Sub- SUG Compliance - Software Update Information.

Hi Morten
Webex updated to 3.0.15410.0 yesterday(5/14/2020), trigger a Publishing service sync to pull in the new catalog to resolve your issue.

Hi Louis
You will either need to select an already created deployment package or Create a new deployment package for this update group within your ADR.

Yes, here is a way to clean Up Third-Party Updates from the WSUS UpdateServicesPackages Folder - https://patchmypc.com/clean-up-third-party-updates-from-the-wsus-updateservicespackages-folder

The updates that you want to publish with Full Content, you will republish those by following this guide.  https://patchmypc.com/faq-scup-catalog#republishing-updates

Email us at [email protected] if you continue to have issues and we can set up a session to see why those aren't publishing Full content.

Hey Louis
If you are taking over from someone else, check and see if the CM console third-party software update catalogs have Patch My PC catalog active.  If that is set up previously it will pull in Metadata.  If not shoot us an email to [email protected] and we can setup a support session to resolve.

Does the account you are using have the proper permissions within your CM console to trigger a SUP sync? The account you use (default is the computer account) when configuring the SMS provider connection in the sync schedule tab would also need full permissions for software updates in SCCM.  If you imported that custom security role from the link:
https://patchmypc.com/permissions-required-in-sccm-for-base-installation-packages-from-patch-my-pc
, make sure to add software updates to that roleÔÇÖs permissions as well.  It will need that to trigger a SUP sync.

Would you submit your issue to [email protected]?

You can certainly segment the updates out to separate deployment, but they will only install on machines where the update is required.

Did you see the detection method from the Publishing service:  <lar:And>
