OpenVPN Connect Client

This is different then OpenVPN Community Edition downloader, which I see was incompatible back in 2016, and isn't directly available on openvpn.net download page.

This is the client that a user grabs directly from the OpenVPN Access Server. However, they have made it available on their documentation page. Not sure if this will suffer from the same complications as the one previously tested in 2016.

Unfortunately it has no version number in file version or in registry that SCUP can use for detection method!
