Hi folks,

We just started deploying third party patches using Patch My PC, but I'm having some trouble with a few of them.  They all return errors similar to:

Error 1714. The older version of 7-Zip 19.00 (x64 edition) cannot be removed.  Contact your technical support group.  System Error 1612.

Many other updates worked fine.  Are there verbose logs anywhere else?  The only logs I could find were brief and in c:\windows\temp.  Is there somewhere I can see what command we're trying to use to install?  Thanks,
