Startup Items audit - Where did it go?

I really miss the audit of and ability to disable or delete the startup items.  Where did that functionality go?  Will you bring it back?  Pretty please?!

There where some bugs with Windows 8 and higher. We will be looking at possibly adding it back in the future.
