Title: Windows Patches

With windows patches, there needs to be a way to select patches that you do not want installed.  Otherwise it is a pretty good patch management system.

You will need to use Windows Update to do this.

The file is selected as hidden in Windows Update (skip) yet it shows it will be installed in PatchMyPC
