Same here. I finally made an account here to report this. I think this started back in June.
Here's what it shows:

Silently install TeraCopy 3.8.5
Install Complete Exit Code -536870911
I went so far as to uninstall teracopy and reinstall it, but patchmypc still insists it's out of date (and curiously shows no version)
