Classic Shell was discontinued last year: http://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8147 However, it's developer released it's source code public and now it's forked by another developers as Open-Shell: https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu
I installed that app and it automatically replaced the old Classic Shell application on my pc and imported it's settings. So I think that you should consider it as the same app (which it practically is, it's just rebranded w/ some bug fixes).
