Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop Apps - Webex Productivity Tools

I know this has been mentioned before and declined but they have replaced old meeting center and separate productivity tools with one application.

We are running into some issues when installing the latest MSI when a previous version is installed.



When trying to upgrade Cisco WebEx Meetings Desktop App to the latest MSI: https://akamaicdn.webex.com/client/WBXclient-33.3.6-2/webexapp.msi to upgrade from version 33.3.5.4 it fails to install under SYSTEM context. We will keep monitoring this when new MSI's release to see if it is fixed.

We are currently using SCCM to deploy the software. Is it possible to update the corporate version to include the new Webex software? We can handle deployment as it goes to a limited number of end users.

We are looking into getting this added. We are running into a few issues in testing right now will keep you posted.

Sorry to do this to you, but we are moving all our application request from our support forum to a new platform (https://ideas.patchmypc.com/).

We need to make this change due to the amount of customer growth and new application request. It's no longer manageable on the support forum platform. We need to have a voting system to help understand what new application request would benefit the most significant number of customers, and that will be one factor we use to prioritize the application request.
