PuTTY-CAC is replaced by original PuTTY

outdated version of PuTTY-CAC from https://github.com/NoMoreFood/putty-cac/releases is replaced by original PuTTY, that is not nice, because then smartcard features are lost. Please check whether it's possible to keep this versions separate. Thank you.

Nevermind Justin's reply, this will be fixed in the next release of Patch My PC.
