Fail To Add PMPC App To The Task Sequenc

when I'm trying to get a bootable thumb drive image completed, any PMPC app I add to the task sequence (under Install Applications) fails. It shows a 0x8004005(16389) error.uno online
What am I missing? How to solve it?
