Same issue for me, created a thread here more than 1,5 months ago but no response.
I don't think they see ARM64 support as a priority, since they do respond to other bug reports.

It should update anything that's currently installed when using the silent switch including other updates.

Patch My PC, on Windows 10 fully patched gives this error below on startup in the Windows Application Event Logs
