Title: Dropbox file naming error

Hi,
There is a post on this issue in the "Fixed Bugs" section, but this still seems to be broken today.  Saving Dopbox download with the name "BackupAndSyncSetup_3.43.1584.4446.exe"

Yes we are aware and it will be fixed in the next release of Patch My PC :)

This fixed now in Patch My PC v4.1.0.2
