I would like to suggest adding "Gs Richcopy 360 " which I installed recently.
It is a backup/sync tool like a swiss army knife, it helps me to do so many things in terms of copy folders and files from my laptop to an external hard drive or cloud.
It takes a bit to understand but it is expected. The admin guide and educational videos were very understandable
