SFX Maker 1.31 webpage link is invalid

SFXMaker 1.31 description webpage is invalid.

It seems to have been replaced by 3 versions (?) at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sfx-maker/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/s-zipsfxbuilder/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sfxappcreator/

I don't know which would be the same as the one listed?

It looks like SFX Maker became end of life and they let the domain expire. These products are all different.
