[REQUEST] - VLC 64bit

I use a program called SubtitleEdit and it requires VLC 64bit for me to load videos for editing subtitles. It would be awesome to include this in patchmypc!

VLC is already in Patch My PC

If you are using a 64-bit Windows it will automatically installs VLC 64bit.
