Title: Repeated install

PMPC has been downloading and installing (Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2)  for three days in a row. It is currently and has been listed as being up to date in update history. Same version of the same file. Only the install date changes.

The PC needs a restart after installing .Net Framework
