Shotcut is a commendable suggestion for video editing, especially for those looking into open-source options. I've tried it myself and found it quite powerful and user-friendly. The fact that it can install silently is a plus for convenience. When exploring various video editing software, I also looked into options that offer free video editing software no watermark, as that's important for a clean, professional look in the final output, and there I found Movavi, which spans both personal and professional projects, especially in terms of ease of use and comprehensive editing features. It's ideal for a range of users, from beginners to more advanced editors. It enhances the editing process with features like trimming, cutting, joining, and an array of effects, including titles, filters, and transitions. Movavi's balance of simplicity and advanced capabilities makes it an excellent choice for those seeking quality editing without a watermark.

Yep, you can definitely choose specific apps for Patch My PC to update. Just open the app, go to the "Installed Applications" tab, and select the ones you want to be updated.

It's tough to say without checking, but you might want to look in your program files or Start menu to see if anything else is missing. And regarding tabs and bookmarks, they're usually safe unless you uninstalled Firefox completely.

Yeah, you can definitely do that with PatchMyPC. You can create a simple PowerShell script that runs PatchMyPC silently in the background to update software. Just make sure to set it up properly, and your mom should be able to click it on the desktop without any hassle.

Have you tried checking the app's settings to see if there's anything related to window dragging or performance you can tweak? It might be worth a shot. Also, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date, not just the Nvidia ones.

Roadmap versions and software release versions might not match precisely. So, even though Cryptomator is on the roadmap for August 2023, it might come in a different software version.
