Title: updates indicated but not updated, and one update indicated but does not update

Microsoft OneDrive 18.192.0920.0012 is indicated as needing an update, however after updating it, it is still indicated as needing an update.

additionally:

7-Zip 9.21
Advanced IP Scanner 2.4  -  2.4.3021
Audacity 2.1.2

are shown in red, but the program does not indicate that they should be updated.

This means you have these older versions installed with the latest versions.
