CopyTrans HEIC: view and convert HEIC files in Windows Explorer.
The HEIC file format is used on Apple devices running iOS 11 or higher.

Report Bugs and Issues (Free Home Updater) / Settings in Dutch but Adobe Acrobat Reader in English

Every time I install Adobe Acrobat Reader using PatchMyPC, I get the English language version instead of the Dutch language version. For all other apps, I get the Dutch version when selecting this in the options.
