Intune Update failed for Snagit 21.4.5 for both EXEand MSI

I'm unable to update snagit for Snagit 21.4.5 (EXE-x86) & Snagit 21.4.5 (MSI-x64)
I have tried the recommendation by manually downloading the needed versions and storing it in our local content repository and enable the option to check the local content repository for content files before attempting to download content files from the internet

This issue is being caused by Techsmith themselves. There seems to be a node within their CDN that has an unsigned version of the Snagit 21 installer being served, and if you're unlucky enough to hit that node the Publisher will fail to download with that error.
We have a ticket open with Techsmith to make them aware of the issue, but have yet to receive an update, unfortunately.
