I certainly apologize if this has already been discussed - though I can assure you that I thoroughly searched, to no avail.

Upon replacing my old HDD with a fancy-schmancy SSD and re-installing Windows, downloading PatchMyPC was a top priority. Everything went as smooth as could be (and I just have to mention how ABSURDLY fast my new SSD operates), except for the installation of AutoRun Organizer 3.05. :(

Sadly, from what I can gather via the "Internet At Large," it seems that AutoRun Organizer been compromised since at least mid-October of last year.

So, 1) Obviously, if you already have this program installed on your PC, you need to determine if you've been affected, and if so (hell - even if not) thoroughly clean your PC (I generally stick to MBAM (Pro) + Windows Defender, but if things were to get really bad I'd run TronScript and allow it to do it's thing for as many hours as it needs - no interruptions).

And, of course, 2) It seems logical from my perspective to remove this (and, tbh) all other ChemTable programs from the PatchMyPC database until they are able to remedy the situation and explain, in some detail, how this type of issue will be avoided going forward.

And that's all I got...DOOMTHO
