Glarys Utilities recently changed their program and is now actually call Glarys Utilities 3 instead of just Glarys Utilities.
It does go through the update, though it does not do so completely silent, this is an issue with the installer being changed by Glarysoft, it still brings up the final install screen. I t also does not remove the old 2.x version of the software. I have had the same issues with the silent install separate from PMPC.
After I removed the old version separately, it still shows it needs to be updated even though it shows the same version number as the most recent.
PMPC is a great application, thanks for all work hard work on it.
