There is a issue updating Sandboxie, all the programs are not getting uninstalled from the Sandboxie folder.
Author has suggested that you do an uninstall and the a reboot is required before installing this update.
I an now getting call about Sandboxie is missing or not running.

I have Privazer 3.0.57 on my computer, the patchmypc tell me it is updating to 3.0.58, but it is update it to 3.0.57 and when I look in the cache it say version 3.0.57
looking at the details of the file it say it is 3.0.57
