App Descriptions

Now that we have a greatly expanded list of apps to install, there are lots and lots of apps that might be unfamiliar to us.  That don't have obvious names, or familiar publishers.  We simply don't know what they are, what they do!

Could we have some descriptions for each app please?

The obvious way, without changing the UI layout, would to have ToolTips that pop up when we Mouse-Over the app's name.  This would pop up the description as needed, without adding any extra columns making it wider, or increasing the spacing between items (which is already 2-3x too much!).  This would also work for the grid view. too.

This would allow to for new app discovery, making PMPC more usable, useful, which would increase the userbase.
