Antconc for System rather than User

Hi

Thanks for adding Antconc, but can it not be installed as system rather than user?

Just needs the /DIR="C:\Program Files\Antconc\ command adding, but it won't let me change out of user context in PMPC

Unfortunately just changing the install dir is not sufficient, as the Uninstall registry key is still written to HKCU, and our detection scripts look under HKLM for an application deployed in system context.

I would petition the vendor to support /ALLUSERS and /CURRENTUSER switches like some other Inno Setup apps use, then we will be able to accommodate this.
