The link that you have propose in for a X64 system.
Anyway , i have the same issue on Surface 11 ARM whe i tray to install PMPC.
MWDRuntime 8.0.14 is regularment installed over the machine but is the sw don't to see it installed.

Ah, I missed the fact that we are talking about ARM64 systems. My apologies for that. At this point, I'm not sure if Home Updater is supported on the ARM64 platform, but I'll find out.
